A 1-day Mount Meru hike is an excellent way to experience the beauty of Tanzania's second-highest mountain without committing to a multi-day summit trek. This day tour is designed for travelers with limited time who want to explore the stunning lower slopes of Mount Meru, located inside Arusha National Park .
Important Note: This is a day hike on the lower slopes and does not reach the summit (4,562m). Park regulations prohibit summiting Mount Meru in a single day; summit attempts require overnight stays at designated mountain huts .
